For Eagle Clean: these are website terms only. Your cleaning contracts are governed by the terms in your service agreement, not by this page. Have both reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not replace the terms of any cleaning contract you hold with us, which are set out separately in your service agreement.

Quotes and enquiries

A quote request submitted through this site is a request, not a booking. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. We will respond, discuss what you need, and issue a quote — which becomes binding only once both sides agree it in writing.

Quotes are based on the information you give us and, where we have visited, on what we saw. If the premises or the requirement turn out to be materially different, we will tell you before any work begins.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general guidance. Where a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Eagleclean or to those who created them for us, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. TODO: have the remaining liability position drafted by your solicitor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
